• WINTER GEAR; 2, 3 or 4 nights of winter clothing rental, which are delivered to your hotel prior to your arrival or after 3pm. (WINTER ONLY)

Exclusions

Please note that meals are NOT included in this Package. (However, complimentary Continental Breakfast is included at  Quality Inn each morning.)

Cancellation Policies:

If package is cancelled up to 3 days prior to arrival date from the date of your confirmed booking, only $100. If cancelled 2 or 1 day prior to arrival date 50% is charged, thus 50% of the tour fare is refunded. If cancelled on the same day, or no-show, 100% is charged, thus no refund.

Children 

[3 – 11 years old] sharing a bed with adult will be charged at flat rate. In this case the child is not counted in the number of occupancy. The flat fee includes aurora-viewing tours; roundtrip airport transfers and winter clothing rentals (Winter Only).

[1-Night Room Extension] is available. The price per person based on occupancy on 1 night extension of room. Additional night of winter clothing rental is also arranged in the Winter.  (It is on 1 night extension of room only in the Summer)

The night extension does not include an extra night of Aurora-viewing Tour, which can be purchased separately.

This makes your plan very flexible.  You can make the package longer like 5-nights / 6 days with 3 Aurora Viewing by arranging the extension.  

Yes, we can arrange this extra night prior to your first Aurora tour night too, and give you relaxed night of arrival even if your flight is midnight.
