IMPORTANT: Please note this service is available ONLY to the guests who have booked our tours.

Our 5-piece winter clothing set comes from some of the most trusted brands and is designed for the extreme cold of Canada’s North. This includes a parka, winter pants, extreme winter boots, elbow length mitts, and a versatile face mask that can also be used as a neck warmer, toque, or everything at once. The face mask is yours to keep when you leave!

We have a large stock of sizes available for men and women, as well as for children. *Women’s boots from size 3 up. Men’s boots from size 6 up.

For longer rental please contact us. There is no child rate for clothing rental. The rental period/day starts from 3:00 pm and ends by 10:00 am on the following day. Guests can keep the clothing for multi-day rental until 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you need to keep the clothing after 10:00 am, an additional day fee is charged unless otherwise agreed with the office. For your convenience, the clothing can be returned to our guides at the hotel after returning from the Aurora Viewing Tour, if you do not wish to use it the next morning.

IMPORTANT: The clothing will be ready for your pick-up at our office, and must be returned there after use. Aurora Village office is conveniently located at the centre of downtown. Please note that Winter Clothing rental needs to be picked-up in our office and is open until 16:30 to do so. If you are arriving late for pick up, you can only rent from the next day or arrange with us for hotel delivery at an extra charge. (Delivery is not available in April)

(Note: If you are joining our Hotel & Aurora Viewing Tour Package the Clothing Rental is included in the package, and they will be delivered to your hotel room prior to your arrival. Some conditions apply)

Clothing Pickup/Drop off Times

*If you booked the hotel package and it includes clothing rental and precheck in service then we will delivery your clothing to the hotel. 

ø  How to rent:

For non-hotel package tour guest, winter clothing rental are at additional cost.

Rental period will be limited to your tour booking with us. If you booked tours for one day, then we can only provide rental for one day.

Optional tour guest will need to collect clothing at Aurora Village tour desk, located at 4709 Franklin Ave, between 15:00 pm and 16:30 pm.

ø  How to return:

The clothing is to be returned to the guide on your last night of Aurora Viewing upon arrival back to your drop-off location. You have 15 minutes to take off the clothing and bring it back to the hotel lobby, our staff will collect it from you. If you failed to return it, an extra day of rental fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rental period will not exceed tour date. Please ask your tour guide or double check with booking staff if you are not sure about the return time.

You can keep the face mask when you leave – it comes with the Aurora Village logo and makes a great souvenir!
