This AURORA-VIEWING & HOTEL PACKAGE, also known as “AV Hotel Package” for short, is the most popular choice for one-stop booking for your trip to Yellowknife. It includes aurora-viewing tours, airport transfers, and hotels. It’s easy and quick!
This package offers most reliable services from with our multi-lingual tour guides from your arrival to departure at Yellowknife Airport. We will not leave you stranded even in case of cancelled or delayed flights at the airport.
Hotel package prices are per person, based on occupancy.

Exclusions
Please note that meals are NOT included in this Package.
Please note that airport transportation won’t be ready in case you arrive by other than daily scheduled Air Canada and West Jet. (Canadian North, First Air and other carriers).
Arrival transfers will not be provided till noon and after 22:00.
Departure transfers will not be provided after 20:00.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policies:
If package is cancelled up to 15 days prior to arrival date, $100 administrative fee per person will be charged and the balance is fully refunded.
If cancelled 14 to 8 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the tour fare is charged, and 50% is refunded.
If cancelled 7 to 3 days prior to arrival date, 75% of the tour fare is charged, and 25% is refunded.
If cancelled within 2 days of arrival, including the same day or no-show, 100% is charged, and there will be no refund
Children
[3 – 11 years old] sharing a bed with adult will be charged at flat rate. In this case the child is not counted in the number of occupancy. The flat fee includes aurora-viewing tours; roundtrip airport transfers and winter clothing rentals (Winter Only).
Extra Nights
[1-Night Room Extension] is available. The price per person based on occupancy on 1 night extension of room. Additional night of winter clothing rental is also arranged in the Winter.
The night extension does not include an extra night of Aurora-viewing Tour, which can be purchased separately.
This makes your plan flexible. You can make the package longer like 5-nights / 6 days with 3 Aurora Viewing by adding this option.
We can arrange this extra night prior to your first Aurora tour night too, and give you relaxed night of arrival.
Aurora-viewing tour is scheduled from arrival date as default in the package. Arrange one relaxed free night during your stay in Yellowknife is another idea. Please send Booking Request Form. We are happy to assist your plan.
Any arrangement should end before final departure date of October 14th in the summer and April 7th in the winter. (2024-2025)
